Check-in.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (after 7:00 pm Euro 20).You will be welcomed personally, for this reason it is needed to agree in advance on the time of your arrival. At check-in you must have a valid identity document for registration (ID card for EU citizens or Passport) and the apartment rental contract must be signed (see template).
Balance and tourist tax.
On your arrival the balance of the entire stay must be paid. There is a deposit of Euro 200 to be paid upon delivery of the keys, which will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the status of the property and its equipment.
You must pay he tourist tax of Euro 3.50 per night, up to a maximum of 10 overnight stays, for each guest except children up to 10 years.
Check-out.
Check-in is within 11:00 am. You will have the Euro 250 deposit back, for this reason it is needed to agree on check-out time at your arrival.
During your stay.
We recommend our guests to respect the normal rules of good neighborliness with the other inhabitants of the building, in particular:
Always close the building door, for your safety
Avoid making noise in the common parts of the building or on the stairs, or leaving children unattended
Respect the times in which peace and tranquility is required, in particular before 8 am and after 10 pm
Do not smoke in the apartment, nor in the common areas of the building
Do not practice any professional activity or receive guests in the apartment
No pets, parties or events are allowed
Thank you for following these simple rules, we remind you that in case of complaints from the neighborhood or intervention by the law enforcement agencies, we will be forced to interrupt your stay immediately.

REGOLAMENTO
Prenotazione.
E’ possibile prenotare direttamente dal nostro sito o tramite portali specializzati. Entro 24 ore riceverete una e-mail con il preventivo e le istruzioni per la conferma. Salvo diversi accordi, è previsto un acconto del 30% dell’importo concordato e deve essere fornito un numero di carta di credito a garanzia della prenotazione.
Modifiche.
E’ possibile concordare modifiche alla prenotazione fino a 30 giorni prima della data di inizio soggiorno, salvo disponibilità per le nuove date desiderate.
Cancellazioni.
Verrete rimborsati totalmente in caso di disdetta fino a 30 giorni prima della data di inizio soggiorno. Per disdette entro i 7 giorni dalla data di inizio soggiorno è prevista una penale del 30% dell’importo concordato. Per disdette oltre detti termini verrà addebitato l’intero importo del soggiorno.
Check-in.
Il check-in è previsto dalle ore 15:00 alle ore 19:00 (dopo le 19:00 supplemento Euro 20). Verrete accolti personalmente, per tale motivo è necessario concordare preventivamente l’orario del vostro arrivo. Al check-in è necessario disporre di un documento di identità valido per la registrazione (Carta d’identità per cittadini UE o Passaporto) e dovrà essere firmato il contratto di locazione dell’appartamento (vedi modello).
Saldo e tassa di soggiorno.
Al vostro arrivo dovrà essere corrisposto il saldo dell’intero soggiorno. E’ previsto un deposito cauzionale di Euro 200 da versare alla consegna delle chiavi, che verrà restituito al termine del soggiorno previa verifica dello stato dell’unità immobiliare e delle relative dotazioni.
La tassa di soggiorno, pari ad Euro 3.50 per notte fino ad un massimo di 10 pernottamenti, è dovuta per ciascun ospite esclusi i bambini fino a 10 anni.
Regole di comportamento.
Raccomandiamo ai nostri ospiti il rispetto delle normali regole di buon vicinato con gli altri abitanti del palazzo, in particolare:
Per la vostra sicurezza chiudere sempre il portone di accesso alle vostre spalle
Evitare di arrecare disturbo nelle parti comuni dell’edificio o nelle scale, o di lasciare bambini incustoditi
Rispettare gli orari in cui è richiesta quiete e tranquillità, in particolare prima delle 8 del mattino e dopo le 22
Non fumare nell’appartamento, né nelle aree comuni dell’edificio
Non praticare alcuna attività professionale nell’appartamento né ricevere ospiti
Non ospitare feste né eventi
Gli animali domestici non sono ammessi
Nel ringraziarvi per seguire queste semplici regole, vi ricordiamo che in caso di mancato rispetto delle stesse, di lamentele del vicinato o intervento delle forze dell’ordine saremo costretti a interrompere immediatamente il vostro soggiorno.
PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy (hereinafter “Policy”) is provided pursuant to art. 13 of the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) to the users (hereinafter “Users” or “User”) of the internet site www.domusdante.it property of Alessandro CARAVAGGI, who is the Data Controller. Scope of this policy is to describe how the Users’ data are managed and to let the Users know why and how their data are used, in case they consent to collect them.
PRINCIPLES APPLICABLE TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Data Controller, pursuant to and for the purposes of the Policy, states that the processing of personal data and their treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and fundamental rights.
PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT AND OPTIONALITY
The site acquires certain personal data of the User by the booking form that the User decides to send while asking for availability of the apartment or booking it. Any personal data collected through the use of the Site will be processed, with the consent of the Users, for the purposes described below:
Contact the User to answer the questions asked and provide information and business proposals relating to stays at the apartment
Manage the booking, finalize the tourist rental contract and send, through Email and/or SMS, all the information necessary for the stay at the apartment
For the purpose referred to in number 2, in addition to the name and e-mail address entered in the contact form, the Data Controller may become aware of additional User data such as telephone number, credit card number, personal data, bank details. In this case the Data Controller applies, as the legal basis for processing, the need to process personal data for the execution of the rental contract, in particular to allow a complete management of the apartment booking and leasing process.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING METHODS AND RETENTION PERIOD
The Data Controller ensures that any personal data is processed in full compliance with the Rules, in paper and / or electronic format, also with automated procedures. Processing can also be carried out using automated tools to store, manage and transmit the data. The data collected and processed will be protected with physical and logical methods that reduce to a minimum the risks of unauthorized access, dissemination, loss and destruction of data, pursuant to art. 25 and 32 of the Regulations. The data processing will last no longer than is necessary to meet the purposes for which it was collected. According to the art. 7 paragraph 3 of the Regulation, the interested party will have the right at any time and in an easy and fast way to withdraw the consent to the processing and request the cancellation of any personal data, sending a specific communication to the Data Controller at info@domusdante.it. Following the request for cancellation by the User, all personal data of the same will be deleted, without prejudice to further storage required by regulatory obligations. In the event that a User has made reservations or stays at the apartment, the data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out all the obligations connected with the tourist rental contract.

The Site uses technical cookies in order to improve navigation, speed up the analysis of Internet traffic and make it easier for Users to access the services. The User is aware that, by using the Site, he accepts the use of cookies. “Cookies” are information that is transferred to the user’s computer by a website. INFORMATIVA SULLA PROTEZIONE DEI DATI PERSONALI
La presente informativa è resa, nel rispetto degli artt. 13 e 14 del Regolamento UE 679/2016 (di seguito “Regolamento”), agli utilizzatori (di seguito: “Utenti” oppure “Utente”) del sito internet www.domusdante.it di proprietà di Alessandro CARAVAGGI, Titolare del Trattamento dei dati personali (di seguito: “Titolare”), ed ha lo scopo di descrivere le modalità di gestione del Sito con riferimento al trattamento dei dati personali, nonché di consentire agli Utenti di conoscere le finalità e le modalità di trattamento dei dati personali da parte del Titolare in caso di loro conferimento.
PRINCIPI APPLICABILI AL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI
Il Titolare, ai sensi e per gli effetti del Regolamento, rende noto che la citata normativa prevede la tutela delle persone fisiche rispetto al trattamento dei dati personali, e che tale trattamento sarà improntato ai principi di correttezza, liceità, trasparenza e di tutela della riservatezza e dei diritti fondamentali.
FINALITÀ, BASE GIURIDICA DEL TRATTAMENTO E OPZIONALITA’ DEL CONFERIMENTO
Il Sito acquisisce alcuni dati personali dell’Utente per mezzo dei moduli di inserimento dati che Egli volontariamente compila per richiedere la disponibilità dell’appartamento e/o prenotare un soggiorno. Gli eventuali dati personali raccolti dal Titolare attraverso l’utilizzo del Sito verranno trattati, con il consenso degli Interessati, per le finalità di seguito descritte:
Contattare l’Utente per rispondere ai quesiti posti e fornire informazioni e proposte commerciali relative a soggiorni presso l’appartamento
Gestirne la prenotazione, finalizzare il contratto di locazione turistica ed inviare, attraverso email e sms, tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno presso l’appartamento.
Per l’erogazione dei servizi connessi alle finalità di cui al punto 2, oltre al nominativo e all’indirizzo e-mail inseriti nel modulo di contatto, il Titolare potrà venire a conoscenza di ulteriori dati dell’Utente quali numero telefonico, numero di carta di credito, dati anagrafici, coordinate bancarie.
Per le finalità di cui al punto 2 il Titolare applica, quale base giuridica del trattamento, la necessità di trattare i dati personali ai fini dell’esecuzione del Contratto, in particolare per consentire una gestione completa del processo di Prenotazione e di Locazione dell’appartamento.
MODALITÀ DI TRATTAMENTO E CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI PERSONALI
Il Titolare assicura che i dati personali sono trattati nel pieno rispetto del Regolamento, in formato cartaceo e/o elettronico, anche mediante l’ausilio di procedure automatizzate. Il trattamento potrà essere effettuato anche attraverso strumenti automatizzati atti a memorizzare, gestire e trasmettere i dati stessi.
I dati raccolti ed oggetto di trattamento saranno protetti con metodologie fisiche e logiche tali da ridurre al minimo i rischi di accesso non consentito, diffusione, perdita e distruzione dei dati, ai sensi degli art. 25 e 32 del Regolamento.
Il trattamento dei dati avrà durata non superiore a quanto necessario per soddisfare le finalità per le quali sono stati raccolti.
Ai sensi dell’art. 7 comma 3 del Regolamento, l’interessato avrà la facoltà in qualsiasi momento ed in modo facile e veloce di revocare il consenso al trattamento e richiedere la cancellazione dei propri dati personali, inviando apposita comunicazione al Titolare all’indirizzo info@domusdante.it. A seguito della richiesta di cancellazione da parte dell’Utente, tutti i dati personali dello stesso verranno cancellati, fatta salva l’ulteriore conservazione prevista da obblighi normativi.
Nell’ipotesi in cui un Utente abbia effettuato prenotazioni o soggiorni presso l’appartamento, i dati verranno conservati per il tempo strettamente necessario all’espletamento di tutti gli adempimenti connessi con il contratto di locazione turistica.
